Production and transit times

We treat your order with care and attention and make every effort to produce and deliver within the agreed deadline. After all, a deal is a deal. We know how important it is to be able to rely on it. Our current production times are shown on the product pages and transit times are listed below.

When can I expect my order?

After placing an order on our website, you will receive the digital proof within four working hours. After approval of this digital proof, production time starts and you will immediately receive the final order confirmation which includes the dispatch date.

Normally, the printed goods are shipped on the confirmed shipping date. In case of any exceptions or calamities, we will inform you in advance. All production times are current and based on current capacity in our own production facilities. Should your customer require the goods to be delivered sooner than is indicated, a lot is possible in consultation.

Production times

The current production times for each article can be found on the product detail pages under the 'printing information' tab. Here the item's printing options are listed with the production time(s) in working days.

Transit times

After production, the order will be shipped via UPS, Dachser, PostNL or DHL. If Express delivery is desired, this can be indicated during the order process when entering the delivery address. The transit times below are based on the agreements we have made with our carriers. However, no rights can be derived from these.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs depend on the volume, order value and delivery address. Shipping costs are indicated in the quotation and order confirmation.

Can I track my order(s)?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the track and trace details of your order.

Delivery conditions

The production and delivery times mentioned by Toppoint on the website are approximate and never constitute a deadline. We do not imply a fatal deadline leading to liability of Toppoint if exceeded. In addition, Toppoint is not liable if your dealer uses different delivery times and conditions.

In which countries is delivery possible?

Delivery is possible to all countries within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
