Account Manager UK

At Toppoint, we help brands stand out – literally. As a leading European supplier of promotional products and corporate gifts, we work with professional distributors across the continent. Now, we’re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow and support our UK client base.
Your Role – Build Long Lasting and Impactful Relationships
You’ll be one of the faces of Toppoint in the UK – someone who thrives on meeting people, building partnerships, and turning conversations into results. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- On the road 4 days a week, visiting existing and potential clients (roughly 450 visits a year)
- Representing Toppoint at trade shows and customer events across the UK and Europe
- Regular visits to our headquarters in Hengelo, the Netherlands, and our production location in Poland (Zielona Góra)
- Advising and supporting professional distributors of promotional items, gifts, and branded merchandise
- Presenting our product range and / core values with energy and expertise
- Actively growing your customer portfolio through smart acquisition
- Working closely with our in-house sales support team to deliver outstanding service
Who You Are – Motivated & Professional
- You’re based in the UK and love being out on the road
- You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in promotional field sales, ideally in promotional products, gifts, or a related B2B environment
- You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- You think strategically, work independently, and are highly self-motivated
- You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written
- You're comfortable using MS Office tools and social media in a business context
- A background in advertising, marketing, or gifting is a big plus

Senior Accountmanager | Belgium | Fulltime
Toppoint is one of the internationally leading suppliers of promotional products and corporate gifts in Europe. With almost 100 years of experience, our own production facilities in Germany and Poland, and offices throughout Europe, we stand for quality, sustainability and innovation. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a driven Senior Account Manager for our sales activities in Belgium.
Responsibilities – customer relationships with impact
As a sales professional and the face of Toppoint, you play a central role within our organisation. What will you do?
- Actively visit partners within the industry (3.5 to 4 days per week, approximately 450 visits per year)
- Participate in trade fairs in the Benelux and Germany, take part in customer events and organise customer events
- Be present at our head office in Hengelo once a month and travel at least once a year for several days to our production location in Poland (Zielona Gora)
- Actively support and advise existing dealers and partners, all established resellers of promotional products, gifts, merchandise and souvenirs
- Present yourself and the company, our portfolio and the added value that Toppoint offers to dealers and partners
- Build sustainable customer relationships – with a strong sense of customer needs and market trends
- Expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients
- Work closely with our internal sales department to ensure optimal service and a pleasant customer relationship (our customer service department takes care of all daily operational matters for dealers and partners)
What you bring – personality meets professionalism:
- Successfully completed MBO+/HBO level education
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the promotional products and/or corporate gifts industry (ideally on the supplier side)
- Strong communication skills, advisory competence and a confident appearance
- Strategic thinking, conceptual skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- An independent, structured way of working with a high level of self-motivation
- Experience in a B2B environment and affinity with the advertising and promotional gifts industry
- Very good command of the Dutch, French and English languages
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media
- Experience working with a CRM environment and reporting to management

What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the key link between our customers and the organization! You are the first point of contact within your team and work closely with the account manager to seize commercial opportunities and achieve sales goals.
You maintain close contact with customers, advise them on the best promotional solutions, and proactively respond to their needs. With your commercial mindset, you strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you follow up on quotations, conduct sales conversations, and ensure that customers feel heard and supported.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to marketing and sales campaigns, participate in trade fairs, and collaborate on projects that enhance our market position. No two days are the same, and your impact is immediately visible!
