Account Manager UK | Full-time | United Kingdom

At Toppoint, we help brands stand out – literally. As a leading European supplier of promotional products and corporate gifts, we work with professional distributors across the continent. Now, we’re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow and support our UK client base.

Your Role – Build Long Lasting and Impactful Relationships
You’ll be one of the faces of Toppoint in the UK – someone who thrives on meeting people, building partnerships, and turning conversations into results. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • On the road 4 days a week, visiting existing and potential clients (roughly 450 visits a year)
  • Representing Toppoint at trade shows and customer events across the UK and Europe
  • Regular visits to our headquarters in Hengelo, the Netherlands, and our production location in Poland (Zielona Góra)
  • Advising and supporting professional distributors of promotional items, gifts, and branded merchandise
  • Presenting our product range and / core values with energy and expertise
  • Actively growing your customer portfolio through smart acquisition
  • Working closely with our in-house sales support team to deliver outstanding service

Who You Are – Motivated & Professional

  • You’re based in the UK and love being out on the road
  • You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in promotional field sales, ideally in promotional products, gifts, or a related B2B environment
  • You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship builder
  • You think strategically, work independently, and are highly self-motivated
  • You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • You're comfortable using MS Office tools and social media in a business context
  • A background in advertising, marketing, or gifting is a big plus

Vacancy: Marketing Coordinator (Full-time)
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our marketing department. In this full-time position, you will work under the responsibility of the commercial and general management and play a central role within a multifaceted marketing environment.

Job description
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of all marketing activities. You will also supervise and monitor your team to ensure that tasks are completed as agreed and within the set deadlines. You will work closely with the sales and product management departments and maintain contact with our Polish marketing colleagues.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Drawing up, implementing and monitoring the marketing plan
  • Coordinating and supervising weekly e-mailings and newsletters
  • Monitoring and improving the content of photos and texts on our website
  • Analysing and measuring the results of mailings and the website (including reach and performance)
  • Planning and posting weekly social media posts
  • Time planning and coordination of catalogue layout
  • Supervising advertisements for international trade journals
  • Assisting in the preparation of various European trade fairs and events
  • Assisting in writing texts for mailings and website content

Profile

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Basic graphic knowledge
  • Good knowledge of social media
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Able to coordinate a marketing team and ambitious to grow into a managerial role
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Team player who enjoys working with international colleagues
  • Basic knowledge of AI applications (and interest in further development)
  • Affinity with video content

Account Manager | Flanders/Southern Netherlands | Full-time
Toppoint is one of Europe's leading suppliers of promotional items and business gifts. With almost 100 years of experience, our own production facilities in Germany and Poland, and branches throughout Europe, we stand for quality, sustainability and innovation. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a driven account manager for the Flanders and Southern Netherlands market.

Tasks – customer relations with impact
As a sales professional and the face of Toppoint, you will play a central role in our company. What will you be doing?

- Actively visiting partners in the industry (3.5 to 4 days a week, 450 visits per year)

- Participating in trade fairs in the Benelux and Germany, participating in customer events and setting up customer events

- Being present at our head office in Hengelo once a month and visiting our production location in Poland (Zielona Gora) for a few days at least once a year

- Actively supporting and advising existing customers and existing resellers of promotional items, gifts, merchandise and souvenirs

- Presenting yourself and the company, our portfolio and the added value that Toppoint offers its partners

- Building lasting customer relationships – with a keen sense of needs and trends

- Expanding the customer base by acquiring new customers

- Close cooperation with our internal sales team for optimal service and pleasant customer relations

What you bring to the table – personality meets professionalism:

- Successfully completed MBO+/HBO education

- At least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the promotional and/or gift industry

- Communication skills, advisory competence and a confident manner

- Strategic thinking, conceptual skills and customer focus

- Independent, structured working method with a high degree of self-motivation

- Experience in a B2B environment and affinity with the advertising and promotional gifts industry

- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media
