Toppoint B.V. from Hengelo (OV) and Intraco Trading B.V. from Wormerveer have joined forces. The Intraco activities; “Promotional technology” and “Loyalty and Incentives” will continue under the Toppoint flag in mid-February 2023.

“The product range of the two companies complements each other perfectly and this allows us to offer an even broader and deeper range to our customers,” says Bas Lensen, CEO of Toppoint.

With the integration of the Intraco activities, Toppoint is significantly expanding its brand portfolio with, among others, Xoopar, Xtorm, Jays, Philips, Fresh 'n Rebel. This creates a broader premium technology product offering and strengthens Toppoint's position on the European market. The existing collection and new products will be available to order via Toppoint's extranet site in mid-February 2023. Until then, the trusted names within Intraco will serve you, after which they will make the switch. The trusted L&I team continues to work from Wormerveer under the Toppoint flag.

Following this decision to integrate activities, CEO Marc Zwiers and Commercial Manager Benelux, Rico Hoeboer, have terminated their work at Intraco.

This process is supervised by the current MT of Intraco, Bettina Peereboom (CFO a.i.), Edgar Schreuder and Gilbert Schenkhuizen, in collaboration with the management of Toppoint and Henk Duijsters.
