Are the Toppoint combi pens durable?
Yes, our pens are exceptionally durable as they are 100% produced in Germany. Production waste is fully recycled for new parts, and transportation is conducted via clean road transport. With a writing capacity of 2.5 or 4.5 km, our Combi pens outlast standard biros from outside Europe by an average of three to five times, offering unparalleled sustainability. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more sustainable option, wouldn't you agree?
Can I combine transparent, hard colour, or frosty pen parts?
Yes, it's possible to combine these elements if they originate from the same pen model.
Can I get only the clip of the pen in a PMS colour?
Plastic parts of the pen can be produced in your specified PMS colour for orders of 10,000 pieces or more. The cost per special colour is €700, but this fee is waived for orders of 25,000 pieces or more.
Can I have more than one pen visualised?
Certainly, we can provide multiple visualizations upon request, typically within one working day, given the necessary information.
From what quantity can I combine my own pen in different colours?
You can mix and match colours for your pen from a quantity of 250 pieces. Check the availability of colours per pen part on our Extranet.
How can I order a physical sample?
Simply email our inside sales department with all the necessary information for a sample request. We'll process your request and deliver your customized pen sample within a week.
How large can I print on the barrel of the pen?
With a combi pen, printing coverage extends almost entirely over the barrel. Refer to our Extranet under "Printing Techniques" for specific print sizes. Utilizing techniques such as screen printing or 360-degree all-over printing, the barrel is printed before pen assembly, offering a large all-round printing area.
I am working on a pen project and would like to convince the customer. How can Toppoint help me secure the order?
For projects valued at €1,000 or more, we're pleased to provide free, ready-to-use printed samples without obligation. These samples are tailored to the customer's specifications and can be produced and assembled within a few working days.
I have a request for many pens but cannot wait for months. What can I offer?
Toppoint manufactures "Made in Germany" pens entirely in its Plastic Injection Moulding factory, ensuring flexibility in producing pen parts in any colour. We can accommodate partial deliveries at no extra cost, offering swift turnaround times.
I want to send my customer an offer with a sample. How do I do that?
Simply email our office staff with the item number, desired colour combination, and the customer's logo. We'll promptly provide a professional digital impression of the pen's appearance, free of charge.

Digital transfer printing (DTF) is distinguished by avoiding film and screen frames, resulting in less waste and a more sustainable process.

What types of cotton are there?
OEKO-TEX focuses primarily on the safety and environmental impact of textiles. If an article is OEKO-TEX certified, it means that the textile product has been tested for harmful substances and is free of chemicals known to be harmful to human health.
GOTS
GOTS, which stands for Global Organic Textile Standard, is the certification for organic cotton. This certification focuses mainly on the organic nature of textiles and sets strict criteria for the use of organic fibres and eco-friendly production processes. When a product is GOTS-certified, it means that the product is made from organic cotton grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or genetically modified organisms. Moreover, GOTS considers the ecological and social impact of the entire production chain.
Recycled cotton
According to WWF, producing one kilo of cotton requires more than 20,000 litres of water. In the production of recycled cotton, only a fraction of water is consumed and water consumption can be reduced to almost zero. Due to the variation in the origin of the cotton, differences can occur between different production batches which is a sign of authenticity.
Fair Trade
Fair Trade does not emphasize the organic or recycled characteristics of cotton, but focuses on social and economic aspects of cotton production, focusing on fair wages, safe working conditions and sustainable practices for farmers and workers. It emphasizes ethical aspects of production.
