Printing techniques
One of Toppoint's core values is printing techniques. Below are videos of our various printing techniques that we are happy to provide for you.
Digital print
In digital printing, the design is placed directly on a flat surface. The four full-colour base colours (CMYK) are mixed and the printer can use them to create any print. From full colour to photo-realistic images.
UV High Gloss
With this printing technique, the items are pre-treated by heat and printed in a closed machine with environmentally friendly inks (all round).
Digital High Gloss
Digital High Gloss provides nicer and brighter colours on metal, plastic and glass products and is a printing technique that makes your customers' logo shine extra with the help of a special coating that also offers scratch and dishwasher resistance on glass.
Doming
Doming is a 3D printing technique in which a full-colour printed sticker is coated with a transparent epoxy resin layer. This resin coating gives the product an extra dimension and also ensures that the print remains scratch-resistant and colourfast.

The most commonly used printing technique for corporate gifts is pad printing which is a type of stamping technique.
Laser engraving
Laser engraving involves engraving the design into the material. This is done using a computer-controlled laser that engraves the top layer of the item, revealing the layer underneath.
Screen printing
The principle of screen printing is through-printing. A piece of fine gauze made of silk or polyester is stretched over a frame.
Transfer printing
In transfer printing, the print is applied to a transfer sheet by digital or screen printing.
Sublimation printing
Sublimation is a form of transfer printing in which heat-sensitive inks are used during the process to bond with a surface coated for this purpose
Digital eco print
Digital Eco Print is an environmentally friendly printing technique as it is water-based and no primer is used. A large full-colour print format is possible, which makes the logo or design stand out even more.
Labelling
Labelling is a versatile printing technique for cylindrical items. Transparent or white stickers can be chosen, depending on the desired effect.
