Commercial Assistant inside sales for

1.     rayon France (Parler la langue française est une obligation)

2.     rayon Poland / Eastern Europe (Język niemiecki jest koniecznością)

3.     rayon Germany (Deutsche Sprache ist ein Muss)

4.     rayon Nederland (Nederlandse taal is een must)

 

What do you do as commercial assistant office?

As a sales representative you take care of regular customers in a specific area. Together with the account manager you are responsible for achieving a fixed sales budget, processing quotations, following up current orders and of course solving problems with orders if necessary.

You will be involved immediately upon receipt of the customer request, think (pro)actively with the customer and ensure correct handling of the customer order to close it positively. Furthermore, it should be easy for you to accept and act upon the necessary service requirements. The end result must always be a satisfied customer.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Customer contact and point of contact within the organization.

·        Aftersales activities

·        Support with orders and ongoing projects

·        Active customer service and acquisition of new customers

·        Participation in internal optimization projects

·        Support at trade fairs

·        Possibly visiting customers yourself

 

The position

A completed MBO+ education at working and intellectual level, preferably in the field of economics, is a plus. But we also invite interested parties with a similar level of education or similar training to apply at Toppoint. The candidate is commercially minded, service-oriented and proactive, a real team player and not afraid to take responsibility and initiative. You communicate easily, also internationally, and have a customer-oriented, commercial and flexible attitude. You think solution-oriented, see opportunities and have ideas to optimize the internal process in order to perfect the service for our customers. Good computer skills (MS) are required.
