What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the key link between our customers and the organization! You are the first point of contact within your team and work closely with the account manager to seize commercial opportunities and achieve sales goals.

You maintain close contact with customers, advise them on the best promotional solutions, and proactively respond to their needs. With your commercial mindset, you strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you follow up on quotations, conduct sales conversations, and ensure that customers feel heard and supported.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to marketing and sales campaigns, participate in trade fairs, and collaborate on projects that enhance our market position. No two days are the same, and your impact is immediately visible!

What will you do?

• Develop textual content such as product descriptions, landing pages, and graphics.
• Analyze and improve SEO performance for our website and other SEO software.
• Create content for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
• Maintain and optimize our website in line with the latest trends and technologies.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on data.
• Contribute to creative marketing campaigns and strengthen our online presence.

What do you bring?

• A completed higher education (HBO) degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Design, or a similar field.
• Proven experience as a content creator and knowledge of web design (experience with tools like WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML/CSS is a plus).
• A creative mindset and an excellent sense of language and imagery.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in content marketing and social media.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive and independent work attitude with attention to detail.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics and other SEO software, contributing to the growth of our organization through smart SEO strategies.
